I've been unable to purchase the wardens quest d/l for DA:O...I've tried 3 different credit cards to purchase bioware points for the transaction and even my paypal account and it keeps telling me "unable to verify"...help? Edited By Valmaer on 11/03/09 16:24 |

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Getting "The credit card could not be verified" anytime I try, with any of my credit cards (and yes, they are active and work with any other transaction). |

I also am having this issue with Bioware not being able to verify my card. I used my Visa checkcard and according to my bank, my acct is working properly. I checked the activity on my acct and it showed EA checking that the account had funds in it, but alas the transaction does not go through. I really hope this is fixed soon. |

Okay, I just used paypal now and it worked. But using a direct credit card transaction was still borked from the bioware site.
Edit: Just making an observation, but how come the post regarding Mastercard got some sort of feedback from the staff (even if it was "what did you mean?"), and my post didnt? Well, whatever.  Edited By Valmaer on 11/04/09 02:13 |

I have the same problem posted in this thread, however, it charged me a dollar every time I tried to verify it, so I lost like 4 dollars to the darn thing. I was wondering if there was any way I could get a refund on the money I lost because that's ridiculous. Hopefully they'll fix that problem soon |

Same here, I actually managed to buy points twice, then the third time it said transaction rejected and then when I try to buy again it says unable to verify cards, for all 3 cards. So I tried to buy through paypal and it says payment pending... in fact it says 2 paypal transactions for the same thing are pending, and paypal itself has no record of anything.. what bioware ;/ |

Whoa, thats EXACTLY whats happening with mine!I succesfully bought 800 and 560 points, but when I tried to buy the last 400 points it just said "The transaction was rejected by the payment processor. Please try again with another payment method."
God, what's going on?! I want to play  |

There is a new BioWare points forum for problems with BioWare points. I'd recommend posting problems in that forum, however the website may be having an issue at the moment with posts not going through. If you do post a thread there and it doesn't go through, please don't re-post it. It will go through eventually.
