Jade Empire features many different weapon styles based on the weapons of classical China, including the wushu spear, broadsword, eight-ring sword, twin axes, and many more. Weapon styles also include improvised weapons as a subset. Improvised weapon styles allow the player to use his environment itself as a weapon, and turn ordinary objects and furniture to deadly combat effect.
